Pastor-Parish Relations CommitteeThis Committee is established for the purpose of achieving and maintaining the most open, effective and trusting relationship, and two way communication between the Pastor and the congregation. It seeks to establish and protect mutual trust, respect, and frank and caring sharing.The Committee consists of six (6) members of the Church selected for a term of two (2) years, chosen as follows: One (1) member each chosen by their respective Boards, from the Diaconate, Trustees, Mission, and Christian Education, and two (2) members chosen by the Executive Council from the Church at large, excluding the Diaconate, Trustees, Board of Christian Education, Board of Mission & Service, and Executive Council. All members of this committee are to be approved by the Executive Council. No individual serves more than two (2) consecutive two year terms.
