Shepherding Program
The Shepherd Program was designed to provide a means of being connected to all of the members and friends of our church. We are divided into geographical "Districts" and each District has as least one "Shepherd."

It is the responsibility of each Shepherd to try to be aware of specific needs of each of the members in their District. This includes such things as illness, temporary need of transportation, death in the family, and so forth. We then determine how we can best be of help. Sometime it's just knowing that someone else knows and is praying for you. Other times it is actually "hands on" help such as meals, etc. We also make sure that the Pastor is aware of these needs.

We ask each of the members of a District to "look out for each other" and let the Shepherd know when there is a need. Shepherds are volunteers who have a loving concern for others and agree to coordinate neighbors who can share in helping.
