Executive Council The Executive Council is responsible for coordinating church-wide programs, fills vacancies, and advises the Pastor in establishing the basic policies of the Church. The Moderator is the chair of the Executive Council which is made up of the Officers of the Church, the Collector, and the Chairpersons of the Boards and Committees together with the leaders of any other group or society or activity within the Church.
