Church GovernanceThe governing body of the Congregational Church of Wells, in whom final authority resides, is the membership sitting together in congregational meeting. We believe in the freedom and responsibility of the individual soul and the right to private judgment. The government of the Church is vested in the body of believers (members) who compose it.
